2nd Saturday on the Square^sm has been a major tradition in the community for many years and we are encouraged to continue this tradition

The Lancaster Chamber is a non-profit organization and its mission is to actively support, promote and attract business to better serve the greater Lancaster area. This event is to assist businesses and up and coming entrepreneurs. 2nd Saturday is FREE to the public. We will have food, live entertainment and events for children.

Event held 2nd Saturday in April, October, December (and others as announced! Come show your support to the community and network with business owners for absolutely NO CHARGE!

Sponsorship Levels:

Presenting Sponsor of $250 provides your company or organization name recognition in lead/top position in email and print marketing/advertising, recognition on www.lancastertexas.org and recognition during event by LCOC Event coordinator or entertainment.

Gold Sponsor of $100 provides your company or organization name recognition in email marketing/advertising and recognition on www.lancastertexas.org and recognition during event by LCOC Event coordinator or entertainment.

Silver Sponsor of $50 provides your company or organization name recognition is email marketing/adverting and recognition on www.lancastertexas.org.

Dates: 2nd Saturday on the Square

Time: 10 AM – 4 PM.

Location: Historic Town Square, Dallas Avenue and Main Street in Lancaster TX 75146. Event takes place outdoors along Lancaster's picturesque Historic Town Square and goes on rain/shine.

Monthly Themes/Initiatives: Check the website for the details. Events are family friendly.

Vendor Participation: Vendors pay a booth/space fee ranging from $40 to $60. See website for more details and a listing of vendors that have registered to participate each month.

Entertainment: Our goal is to have entertainment each month; however this depends on sponsorship participation. Sponsorship dollars go towards the entertainment budget.

Advertising: The Chamber is responsible for print and email marketing, this varies by month based on the theme/initiative and continues to grow and improve with each event.

Cost to Public: This event is FREE to the public.

Maximize your Sponsorship: Sign-up online at www.lancastertexas.org, credit card payment is required or in person at the Chamber office. The earlier you commit, the sooner the entertainment can be booked and the more email and print marketing/advertising the Chamber can schedule.
